I'm pleased to announce the addition of two new fantastic projects for this upcoming Fall / Winter season. Both will be amazing once complete!
First - a new build / scrape in Park Hill will begin construction in the next month or two. Architectural plans are being finalized and the permit process will begin shortly thereafter. I have been retained to design an AMAZING transitional kitchen and master suite, among other rooms, in the home. The future owners of this home are great (already finding great reclaimed design materials via online postings) and I can't wait to get construction started!
Second - a bachelor pad in Boulder just off of Pearl Street is now in the design phase. Working alongside Melton Design Build, we are in the planning stage of remodeling an old condo so that it fits the current owner's lifestyle better. Our homeowner has a dynamic personality, so why shouldn't his space be dynamic as well? We plan to remedy this situation over the next few months.
Our transitional white kitchen in Boulder is 99% complete, and I promise to post some pro photos of the space. But how about we let this family enjoy their space for a few weeks before we go in to shoot our pics? Here's a scouting shot of some really cool floating shelves and carrara herringbone tile from that kitchen. There are some other unique details to the kitchen as well, which I promise to highlight in a future post.
